We strip organics and install a minimum of 4–6 inches of compacted gravel; non-woven geotextile between soil and gravel. Turf gets secured with 6" galvanized nails every 4–6" along edges and seams. We use polyethylene-based fibres that stay flexible in sub-zero temperatures. For pet areas we use antimicrobial infill and perforated backing. Once installed, you can use the space right away; we walk the site with you to review seams, edges, and proper care.
